Love Challenge

So here lately I am all for challenges =0) I know I sprung 10 Days Without Complaining up on you at the not so best of time of the year ;-) Yet I think it brings great practice when we are challenged at our most difficult times!

I have mentioned Time-Warp Wife a time or two in a few of my posts and I must continue to repeat what an inspiration Darlene Schacht is to me in my own journey through being a submissive wife. I struggled with the whole "submissive wife" thing until it was perfectly explained to me in a more respectable and Biblical way ;-) I came across her blog soon after that and found the Proverbs 31 woman really does exist!

Darlene challenged her readers to 31 days of Love in October, offering encouragement and a biblical perspective on marriage. Approaching each day with a new challenge disigned to encourage you to love the way that God intended according to His wisdom as outlined in scripture. Now, I didn't come across this challenge until it was over, in November =0( However that doesn't mean we can't start now ;-)

I have linked up with Darlene Schacht at Time-Warp Wife and am using her recent challenge as a reference to my own. She had some awesome guest posts that I know you will enjoy ;-)

As for the present challenge, it will begin December 1st 2011 =0)

But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure;
then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy
and good fruit, impartial and sincere.
~ James 3:17, NIV

I Am Back!

Just when you thought it was over, you turn a corner and see me standing there. Yes I am back and blogging again.....

As I shared in my "final" post, I wasn't following the savings steps I was preaching therefore felt guilty and convicted of being someone I was not....the very thing I hated about blogging all together. However over the past few months I have come to realize, that Prudent Wisdom isn't about practicing what I preach.

Being Prudent is to be careful and practical, a way of practicing common sense....I was reaching too high.

And Wisdom is to utilize knowledge, experience and understanding.....I may not be the wisest of all fools but I do have the ability to think.

Together Prudent Wisdom is nothing more than one carefully traveling through the journeys of life and sharing each experience in the search of understanding. Whether it be through clipping coupons or pinching pennies being prudent is the way I survive.

So here I stand, well actually sit with a k…

I Tweeted in Church

No really it was the silent type so no reason form me to excuse myself or be embarrassed.

However I did blush a little when the quest pastor favorited my tweet.....

Yes you read that right "the quest pastor favorited my tweet"

But did he realize I tweeted while he was preaching?

I am not sure...

Maybe that's why he liked it??

Or maybe, it was his way of letting me know I was busted....

Which brings the question;

Is tweeting in Church considered rude?

What do you think?

Thanks for Reading,
