I am so excited this is me first blog party! I am new to the blog-sphere there fore was unaware of such events that go on around here so I may be a little late showing up. Yet the hardest thing will be choosing how to join such a great party.
I suppose I will start by introducing myself, I am the Frugalistic Mama author of this small budget struggling blog, PrudentWisdom.com. Prudent Wisdom was created on a whim! I figured out through a friend at church how to roll my ECB bucks at CVS and then stumbled upon gift card secrets at Kroger on top of the ways in which I can shop with these little pieces of paper called coupons, that are also equivalent to money, real money, lol. Despite our severe financial troubles my husband started bragging on how I reduced our grocery budget to a little of nothing and am even able to stock his personal pantry (locker) at work. That is when all my friends started asking me how.... do you do it...well it is easier done than said. I kept confusing every one on where to go and what to look for so my closest friend suggested that I start up a blog to do the very same thing that other blogs are doing for me...sharing prudent wisdom.
With a few clicks of the mouse my blog was born. Now I will have to admit that I am no stranger to blogging in fact my words have gotten me into a little trouble on another social site, that is why I was a little receptive to starting this at all. Yet being that I now have a niche a long with a fan club that missed my witting...here I am. Although actually trying at it is a lot harder than going with the flow.
I started when I was a mother of 1 handsome little man, now I am a mother of 3 handsome little men a long with living a new life as a wife of a full time Firefighter/EMT. My life interventions have been struggles in my faith in which have drawn me closer to God and the blog-sphere has helped me with that as well. Through blogs such as Moms Tool Box leading the series Reading the Bible in 90 days and now we are reading through Proverbs together.
There are many others through Savvy Blogging that I have never even met that have been there for me on getting this thing off the ground and now I am excited to be a part of 5 Minutes for Moms Ultimate Blog Party 2010 to strengthen my growth in motherhood. THANX!
